Returns exclude custom, sale items, and shell/quartz crowns. This is due to it's made-to-order and custom nature.

• Always remove your jewelry prior to entering water.
• Avoid contact with beauty products such as lotion, perfume, hair spray, etc.
• To clean your jewelry, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth (included with all jewelry orders)
• Always wear the provided earring backs to prevent loss.
• Only store like-items together (all gold plated together, all gold filled, etc)
• Do not expose to excessive heat or cold
• Store in a dry, safe area. TIP: individual resealable plastic bags work great. For necklaces, leave just the clasp sticking out through the seal at the top to keep your necklace tangle free.
• To polish raw brass pieces, we suggest a cleaning solution such as Brasso.

All items are thoughtfully packaged in our branded mailer boxes with tags and care instructions. All jewelry includes a polishing cloth.

When you select "GIFT" at checkout, all items will be wrapped in a white gift box.

Yes. All of our crystals are ethically sourced and every crystal is natural and unique. Specific crystals, such as aura and titanium, are processed with a metal coating, which creates their iridescent metallic sheen. The gemstones that we use have been tested and verified by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) for their authenticity.
